Someone had one of these in a public room online last night. I was running a tuned '86 MR2 and the HP restrictions were pretty tight. My car was 910kg. Unless you can reduce the weight of the Civic he would have been at 890kg. We battled all night but I'm pretty sure he was faster when he ran clean laps (which wasn't very often since he understeered and overshot corners over and over again). I'll have to grab one of these for my online arsenal.

Great little car, has a lot of grip around corners.

I prefer the Spoon Civic though as it feels lighter.
