I started the GT4 F1 championship with a 904 ps F1 car and won the championship with the car being listed at 904 ps. Considering that each of the fifteen races is an endurance in its own right, I think it's safe to say that you don't need to change the oil in the F1 car.
15 races with races like 60 laps at tokyo, 25 at nurburgring, 170 (I think that's it) on the high speed ring, I think constitute real endurance level races. I raced 12 of them before I had enough points to just blow the rest off. 30 million in prize money and a black F1 race car seems kinda meagre compensation considering the amount of racing involved.
