So: Get home from work, check GT5, no doubt it hasn't arrived.

However, if it has arrived, begin install, eat dinner, tidy house etc, and go to bed. Wake up, and go to work, to come home 24hrs after install started and it might be finished? :sly:
 
I just bought the CE at GAme mania. i installing it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone in Australia buying it from Harvey Norman? I've preordered there for $77. Went in today and the guy said it'll be ready on Thursday. But as I can see everyone else seems to be getting their's on the 24th! Rage!

i recomend that in the future, people pre order the games from GAME. very reliable and ive allways got my stuff early

I believe there have been a few shopto'ers who got delivery, but i wouldn't expect them online anymore if the install has finished! :)
 
My CE from Amazon.co.uk has been despatched today! Roll on tomorrow (shame I'm working:tdown:)

Dispatched via Home Delivery Network Limited (estimated arrival date: November 24, 2010).

Just got a text from the missus mine has arrived. Can't wait to get home. :)

My CE from Amazon UK is still saying "Not yet dispatched" and after emailing them to enquire why they haven't debited me or progressed my order even though I paid extra for release delivery first class postage I received a response saying "it won't be released until 24th november...release date subject to change...you'll be charged 24 hours after the item enters the dispatch process...". I've contacted them again as this is obviously a fairly generic reply but haven't heard anything yet.

I've just ordered the CE from Play UK and it's already packing so which ever one turns up second will be getting returned for a refund.

If the Amazon order does turn up tomorrow then I obviously don't have reason for complaint but regardless of that I doubt I'll use them again for release day game orders based on reports here. When ever I've ordered through Game I've always got it the day before release but they didn't do the CE :indiff:

Mine was dispatched on Friday too (apparently) but I haven't received it today unfortunately. Just hope to god it's here tomorrow.

ive just been called up from gamestop (Aarhus - denmark) she told me i could come and pickup my game today, its been moved to this date instead of tomorrow!

thats fantastic news for me :D

whether this is something global or just something gamestop in denmark has decided, i dont know... call your local gamepusher and ask? :)

I'm a bit annoyed with Amazon UK.
They have stated since this morning that my CE is being dispatched soon.
Also I cannot change or cancel my order, my funds have also been debited.

I was going to cancel them if there was no news today, as it is I'm in limbo.:grumpy:

status changed to "shipping soon"... ok, it's not much but atleast it's something. :lol: so I'd imagine it will ship out today...

hope it gets here on the 24th.(yes, release day shipping baby!) :)
