I stopped emulating gba games and using the eloader, even though it's safe, i get very nervous, i've got 3 real gba's anyway

Send in your psp to Sony, since you're not planning to hack your psp they'll fix the Wifi unit.

My psp is just being plain trouble, now it won't read ANY umd, i'm going to ask my Mum to ring Sony.

Nevermind, i just opened the umd drive and blew the laser, everything seems to be working fine now.

Although i'm still crying, i'm crying with happiness now.

Edit: I forgot to say that i'm totally not interested in homebrew, so i decided to update to 3.03, i put the eboot file in the psp/game/UPDATE folder, and ran it, it paused at 99%, and said "Update Failed" I was so scared that it would be bricked, but i restarted it and it was successful, now that i'm on 3.03, i feel much better.

I'm glad that you finally got everything working fine. i'm close to being done with homebrew so i can play PS1 games.

It's not fine, it was only working temporarily, i think the laser's damaged, it took a nasty fall on the floor last night, i hope it's okay. I'm not buying anything expensive off ebay anymore unless it comes with a warranty.

just a tip everytime I play my PSP i always use the wriststrap so it won't fall over

I learned the hard way to use the wrist strap. PSP is not fall or shock proof.

My psp is not freezing very often now, but i've still only got Carbon, i've been into more ps2 and gba lately.
