It might be the zebra stripes, but the rear wheel wells look more flared.

I see it as well. Definitely flared out there.

One prediction I have for this season.

Kasey Kahne wins before Dale Jr. does. Maybe that's too easy a prediction though, unless Dale ends up winning the 500.

And it's raining hard again.

Rain tires really aren't an issue, the fact nobody would be able to see where the hell they were going is, lack of downforce would be an issue as well.

Here is the test version of the '13 Toyota.

Looks pretty much like the current car really, hopefully it looks different without the camo.

Upon studying this, the front end is actually very different. Its alot closer to the Nationwide car now and the rear fender does seem more flared.
