Danica wrecked Hornish after the race ended. Guess she didn't like him passing her at the finish.

More like she didn't take to being forced into the wall by Sam. As much as I like Sam, I didn't think it was necessary to make that move.

It wasn't necessary, but what Danica did was worse. That very same move got Kyle suspended from the NNS and Cup races at Texas last November.

Sorry but if there's something I hate it's a god damn "revenge move", you just don't do that, ever.

Still waiting for a YouTube upload because for me it looked like Danica provoked the first hit too.

Except Kyle did it at the beginning of the race and to a guy contending for a championship while not even in the points himself. I do agree that Her pitting Sam in the wall is just as uncalled for.

They would never do that to Danica because then people would consider NASCAR sexist. Plus, she makes money for NASCAR.

What? Sexist? You mean she can't get punished because she is a woman? THAT would be sexist.

I also said that she makes money for NASCAR, that being the other reason.

It's Danica. If it''s her or Dale Jnr, NASCAR will do nothing.

I seem to remember Junior being fined 25k for saying hell or damn after the FCC crackdown due to a certain wardrobe malfunction in a Super Bowl halftime show.

He was fined for saying the word "BS" in 2004 at the EA Sports 500.

He was also docked points for that incident, which may have cost him a championship.

Yep, I believe it was in victory lane after he won a race (Talladega, wasn't it?).

Ive been watching the last couple of weekend Nascar races and I have to admit that it has its charms but the move Danica pulled after the end of this last race doesnt belong in any profesional racing league IMO... unless Im wrong about what I think is professional racing... putting someone intencionaly in jeopardy just for the sake of some petty revenge belongs in a Red Neck hillbilly league of its own IMO and not profesional racing.

Still need an on-board from Danica, but from this angle it looks to me like she hit Hornish on the right side and he pulled up because of that, not like a blocking move.

Right, because Joonya hasn't been fined before at all.

Yeah he has, twice that come to mind. One for causing his own caution at Bristol back in 06 and then again (not sure of the year) for cursing in a victory circle interview after winning at Talledega. So to say Jr. hasn't been in trouble would be wrong. Most of the time Jr is a very respectable driver which doesn't warrant a need to be penalized in any sort of way.

*Side note: I'm not writing this because Mule said it, just saying to the other user. Plus Mule seems to be joking but I could be wrong.

True but i'm saying I don't think NASCAR would be quite as strong on him as other drivers...

I see your point, I agree and if they weren't as tough it would be due to his clean record. Especially when you compare that to him and then Kyle Busch or Kevin Harvick

Pretty sure his was sarcasm.

Danica and Sam were not called to the NASCAR hauler.. so there might not be anything that comes from this. Or, NASCAR could have been busy with other interests to take immediate action.

Praying that Eric is all right. Definitely one of the hardest crashes I've seen.

I also say good job Danica for not letting Sam forget who he's messing with. He clearly could've avoided doing that to her. I don't condone intentionally wrecking anyone, but Sam wrecked her at high speeds when it could've been avoided. He got what he deserved and I'm sure he'll think twice before pulling that stuff on someone again.

I'm not a Danica fan but I'm getting tired of everyone picking on her for whatever reason. There are alot of worse drivers out there that don't get half of the criticism she gets. So she gets sponsorships and rides for whatever reason? So what. Let teams run their races the way they want with who they want.

If Sam would've pulled that crap on someone like Jeff Gordon or Jr most people would have a different opinion. But because it's Danica, it's ok for Sam to do it and Danica is terrible. (insert sarcasm face here).
