No significant big man since Hakeem? Dude, you do realise he was 94-95... and there has been a quite significant 'big man' since then... and he only won 4 titles, including 3 consecutive Finals MVP's...

Ming never realised the potential... but I attribute consistent injuries for most of that...

He said "we", as in his team, the Rockets. Yao was pretty good, but he does not deserve a mention with Hakeem. :P
