Need For Speed Underground

yup ur right im now on 5 times play tohe hard preety hard & the com can levae u behind around & hallf lapz ..hmmm if ez u cant c com crash but hard yup but less this time there r more better :)
 
I hate games with Ai that can take turns like that.especially NFS:U. I don't care what anybody says, the Ai in Underground are near impossible in sharp turns

ok i say i just play in on 5 time & the com realy 2 hard . i play on hard , this time com didnt make any mistakes & they are more faster than before even w.out nos . they can simply leave u around half of a laps if u crash or else . & now im stuck on race 60
also they didnt make any mistakes unless u play like d3vil hehehe

Hmm. Something I have noticed is the civ ai is pathetic. In fact I don't think it is an ai. It's just on-rails. Who here has thought they have just avoided a civ car, for it to take a turn and hit you? They don't even try to swerve out of your way! I mean for god's sake! "Daddy, look! A speeding car! Let's plough straight into it! That'll teach him!
 
I'm sure the civ ai is controlled in a demonic way by the game... they're plotting against your every move.

Ok, so here's an example. Last night i was doing a quick 5 lap race, and was in last place after a crash. The first three sped around a corner, missing every car that was there (at least 5 civ cars), whilst i followed them, but ended up hitting EVERY one! lol
It's funny, but annoying. I'm sure the game controls the civ cars to do just that... all those daddy's taking their kids home... swerving in front of racers... I'll stick to drift. ;)
 
Those cruel cruel civs. Any of you ever ridden up a civ's ass in drag? Especially at around 300 k...you'll use the guy as a ramp and go flying 50 feet into the air and pull some funky voodoo crap. Too bad you're totalled the moment you hit the car.

ya and i was at a friends house and i was playing burnout 2 and the cars INTENTIONALY ramm into you
 
ha ha... I rented True crime and hated it, took it back cuz it had a lot of scratches and said I want to return it and I got NFS:U for another 5 days, no cost to me.

I usually hate arcade type of games because I suck or they don't keep my interest. This one has just enough details that I'd actually probably think about buying. I think maybe it's because every event you "unlock" something. Things I like are the customizing and the cars. The graphics are definitely better in PS2 than PC. As cheezy as the intro is it's entertaining and the engine sounds are great. Things I hate about it is that the physics are no where close to what it should be and bouncing off cars are kinda odd. I don't like the fact that they pretty much force you to "rice" up your car. Oh, and of course we can't forget that damn Nos. All in all I have to say I was skeptical but I think this game may have pulled off a winner, at least for me. I think I can wait til the price drops though. Or find a PC version for cheap so I can use the cheats. 👍

acually i have the guilde andi have cheats for the ps2, x box, game cube, and pc
 
I'm getting tired of saying this but... don't worry I ain't gonna be going online if that's what your worried about. I'm tired of playing these stupid ass races I just want to get the cheat codes to be able to see how you can "rice" up these cars like everyone seems to be doing.
