Meh, just ask. Be all innocent and sweet or whatever and I'm sure she'll say yes.

My cousin (who is 16) told me about the way her current BF (of the same age) asked her out a few months ago, it worked pretty well. They had one of those awkward touchy-feely moments where nothing happened, and then as she was getting out of the car, he just asked really quick. It worked!

Get a picture of you, a picture of her, and a picture of a movie theater. Tape them together and leave it somewhere she will see it.
