It doesn't look that different from the old one, the exhausts are on top of each other instead of laying side by side. Apart from that I can't see any difference.

It is a test mule. The body panels (probably the chassis too) are all off the current 612. They are likely testing a new engine/drivetrain.

That's because it's a test mule built around a modified 612 body/chassis. The stuff that's actually new is the stuff we can't see, and it's the reason why the car is in Sweden. They're seeing how the new mechanical components hold up in the snow. And if the rumors are true, one of the things they're testing is the production prototype of the HY-KERS system.

I know this is a mule, but i don't see any major change from the old car. Ferrari its becoming more and more lazy over the year in their designs. Probably just to cut costs.

Why do we have to say in every spotting thread that the car is not wearing production body work? It is common (especially for Ferrari and Pagani) to have their test mules wearing bodywork that is little more than a modified version of the old car, and resembles nothing like the new thing. It's a great idea for keeping people from knowing what it looks like. This is probably just a powertrain mule, and nothing else.

Looks like Ferrari is adopting those stupid stacked tailpipes on more of their range. Excellent. But I wonder what the extra length is for. Maybe they're putting the engine farther back?

Because clearly some people in threads including this one fail to understand that test mules look nothing like and are absolutely no indicator of what its production version will look like
