The new wheel has better controls on the wheel itself. It's really cool and comfy to have all the options on your screen to adjust at your pace. The GT wheel is the best, look good G25 isn't better, it's different and good for clutch+H shifter, but it's worse at those new features the GT has. And as for me I don't like the H shifter for shifting gears, paddles for me please, I always loved them best.

I know this isnt the right place to ask this question, but now that this thread has turned into G25 vs the new GT wheel thread, can I ask what is the major difference in the strength of the FF?
I have to admit that I have never really used a wheel yet (besides those 355 Ferrari Challenge arcade machines, lol). So please tell me in a layman's terms.

Also, the pedals in G25, how different do they feel from each other (like is the clutch as smooth as it should be? do you feel the bite?, and the brake paddle, is it significantly harder? What about the Throttle?

In response to your question about the clutch, no you cannot feel the bite. Sadly no Force Feedback on the pedals.
Yes the brake feels harder
Accelerator feels very nice and responsive.
Overall the pedals are of a very high quality.

well i think for a real simulator game the g25 match's better than the new gt wheel. not to bothered about the dial on the gt as long as we can program the g25 buttons to do the same. h-shifter and clutch alone beat the dial in my opinion. you can do heel and toe but you cant with the gt, and heel and toe really does work in the game. i noticed if i down shift without revving the car i would send a jolt from the front all way through to the rear wheels upsetting the balance of the car. what im concerned about is how the ffb compares to the g25, i heard in a early vid that you can feel the understeer build up in the wheel, even if the force feedback is better on the gt, i still cant give up the three pedals and h shift, you cant beat breaking and down shifting through the gears for a bend on a h shifter. also the pedals on the gt wont suit when abs is turned off, however g25 pedals will suit much more.

really its all about realism with me and the g25 has got three pedals with diff strengths a h shifter, basically what most cars have.

also clutch will be much better for drifting, if driftings your thing

Actually the clutch question was me being a little optimistic. I knew you really wouldnt atleast from the pedals. But Good to know about the Brake and Accelerator feel..
Is it the same even in the official GT wheel? Atleast for the Brake n Accelerator?

G25 is good for clutch and H shifter and you can remap LIVE adjustment onto the shifter console. And personally I like the buttons are on the shifter not the wheel itself.

Got to keep in mind that to the best of my knowledge no one here has tested the new wheel yet...
