We've sen many pictures online of Tracks that are not in the game. Unfortunately nothing has come true, yet. So I would say at this point its just speculation.

LOL that just photomode location on Kyoto with motion blur added via photoshop, next time at least use a GT5 car over a photo from the real location

its a right hand drive so the bottom left picture "should" show the driver... which isnt there. nice to see the pictures are so small in size, GT5 is HD wouldn't larger pictures be available. This just makes it easier to hide the photoshop mistakes if you ask me.

These are clearly photoshopped images taken from Photomode. I don't even have the game and even I can see that. There is no discussion to be had here.
