Actually, you did get it. Osella had a habit of naming their cars in order: FA1, FA1B, FA1C, FA1D, etc.

Ironically, the car was disqualified from qualifying in the San Marino GP because when the pedals were pressed, they went past the front center-line in which the wheels were aligned. It was one of the new safety regs that is still followed to this day.

Some people think that without Ferrari,F1 will be nothing.No,it`s better of without.

About the Minardi:
Great difference,but still like to see the nose.There are no pictures right now,so we`ll have to wait.I really hope Minardi will be faster than the Jordans (Midlands).Maybe a little chance of a point or two this year?

well from the numbers at mugello minardi are still almost 5 sec off the pace...keep in mind this is a shakedown run for minardi but barrichello and albers ran on the same day so it should be a decent comparison...barrichello put in 77 laps with a best time of 1:21.920 while albers put in 39 laps with a best time of 1:26.530...

Schumacher was an idiot in 1994 and was lucky to get away with the championship, in 1997 he was an idiot and he didn't get away with it. He has matured alot since then however and he has not done such things since.

Ferrari haven't done anything against the rules, they may not be good sports but they are not breaking the rules. Ferrari's constant winning is not good for the sport, however, it is up to the other teams to find solutions to beat Ferrari.

However, I sure hope that Minardi will get a little up to speed with the new car. A few points here and there would land them a crapload of money from FIA.. With the amounts of money there's in F1, I continue to wonder why the richest teams are given the most amount of money... This in itself cripples the competition in the worst possible way - the fast get faster and the slow get slower...

And it looks quite good actually.. Very slim around the waist and midsection...

Because that would create a special rule for a specific set of teams. No one will want that. Not even Jordan and Minardi. They don't want pitty points handed to them for trying.
Mindardi and Jordan are just like the rest of the teams. They want to prove they have what it takes to finish in the points.

They take pride in competing and staying in F1.

Am i the only one who thinks that Paul Stoddart is fighting a loosing battle. I don't see a way out for them. They hardly have any budget and when they have some it probably came from Stoddart himself. Last time he sold his plane i believe just so that he could fund the development of the new car. I give them two more years. I don't think that F1 is going to get cheaper with the V8's next year. I think it will get more expensive to develop a totally new engine wich in turn will cost Minardi more to buy one from someone,Coswoth perhaps.

The possibility of more expensive engines is what will most likely lure the smaller teams to the GPWC if it ever does happen. The engine manufacturers have stated that they will provide cheap and competitive engines at cheap prices.
Cosworth engines are great. But it would be wonderful to the likes of Minardi, Jordan, Red Bull, etc if they had the chance to choose from BMW, Honda, Toyota engines.
