Might be useful if people said what level Bob they used for each race. The car is only part of the story.👍
 
Currently on lap 5 and in first place

Bob is using BMW Mclaren F1 GTR best lap time 1.57.346 no assistance level 38 bob

Opposition cars

2nd place BMW Mclaren F1 GTR
3rd place Pagani Zonda LM Race Car

Total time 20.01.618 for just over 1 million credits thats with 200% bonus much faster times possible if you want to help bob as the slower cars hold him up all the way through the race.

Going to try it out with some lower pp cars will post back details.

400PP- Lotus Else Sport 190 ´98
500PP- Lotus Elise Type 72 '01
650PP- Zonda R´09 - couldn't get a Lotus to come close to the blasted Zonda in the 650pp.


Bob had some issues on the 400pp course, with spinning out in the last turn, and it took him two tries to finally hang on through the corner.

The 650pp race was great, a BMW McClaren showed up, and it was close wheel racing up through the hairpin in lap 9.
 
hi TubbyBoy some good races there pitty no Lotus for the 650PP.

Just trying a Nissan R390 GT RC 98 at 650 pp then going to try a Raybrig Nsx at 612pp.
 
I'm intrigued by the Raybrig NSX, I recently acquired one, and I may play with the tuning a little and give it go.
 
Using level 39/40 Bobs

400pp - Mercedes 190E Road Car (Completely stock). Easy win
500pp - RUF Yellowbird (Oil chnage but otherwise stock with a lot of ballast!) failed me and my Peugeot 205 (heavily, and fantastically, tuned) that usually wins at a canter also failed me (Bob span at least once in both races). 3rd in the RUF, 2nd in the 205. Tried the Nissa GT-R Prototype next and only got 4th.

Will go back to this later.

Another attempt at the 500pp in a Honda S2000 and another failure. I've won all of these at the first attempt previously! :(
 
The 400pp i used my 190 E 2.5 - 16 II '91 and won by a country mile.

The 500pp was the trickiest, i eventually succeed with the FT-86 G Sports Concept'10
 
400pp fully tuned then limited silvia (the newer premium one)
500pp fully tuned then limited DLC aston
650pp 2J
 
Actually scratch that about the 500pp race, i tried the max hp route, used a Chevrolet Camaro SS'10 and beat a Esprit V8'02 by 7 seconds.
 
-400PP: Opel Speedster.
Downforce maxed. Sunspension fully lowered.

-500PP: Opel Speedster Turbo.
Fully tuned. Downforce maxed. Sunspension fully lowered.

-650PP: BMW McLaren F1 GTR Race Car.
Fully broken in. Praiano's setup used. No Turbo or Engine Tuning Stage 3 installed.
 
Doing the 650 one now in the Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II. Unbelivable my first attempt at it has given me no competition (no Ford GT, Zonda etc etc) so as a result I'm in the lead already and I'm only on lap 3!!

* my Bob shut down after he was in front lapping in the 2:13 range while others were doing 1:5x

500 PP was a pain yesterday......my Bob, Lvl 37, orange arrow down, was too stupid to win.

1st try: Golf VI R, came in 2nd, 3 secs behing leader
2nd try: Golf VI R, even worse then the first one
3rd try: Golf VI R, let's not talk about it.....
4th try: Scirocco R, 5th.......
5th try: Acura NSX RM!......crashed...finished 4th
6th try: Acura NSX RM, came in 2nd...

1st try: Acura NSX RM, victory (finally)

Problem was, Bob one did not overtake! He kept ramming the cars into the rear, which he should overtake! No matter how often i hammered the "overtake" button, he did not do it.....he allways chickend back
 
How lame are these new sets of seasonals. Used the Suzuki GSX or whatever it is called and my Bob lapped 2 AIs on the 500pp race.

Seems like your Bob is almost as stupid as my lvl 40 Bobs are.
Took me four attempts to win the 500 PP race.

1st try: Fully tuned Volvo C30 R @ 500 PP -> no chance at all, 6th place
2nd try: Celica Rally car @ 500 PP -> 5th place
3rd try: Celica Rally car @ 500 PP -> 3rd place
4th try: TVR Griffith @ 500 PP -> 1st place by < 0.5 seconds :crazy:

All of my lvl 40 Bobs are too dumb to pass slower cars. They could easily overtake on the outside of that long left hand corner, but instead they brake and/or crash into the trunk of the cars in front. :ouch:
