Hey, I noticed the new Christmas banner at the top. I think it looks very well and was a great idea. I just wanted to drop a quick, nice job.

Damn right, enough of this overly politically correct stuff! I'm not a christian and I have NO problem with being wished Merry Christmas... What's the problem, its a really positive and nice message.

I think the Santa hat emoticons are cute, and the Lancer kickin' up snow is really cool in an understated way.

Overall I really enjoyed the change to a more festive GTPlanet, it really makes it seem like Christmas is happening! Although for Australia we don't get any snow, but for some reason we ALWAYS think Christmas has a snowy image... must be our british heritage!

What is so cool is that it obviously took a bit of work to do, but wasn't really necessary in a way that anyone demands GTPlanet to flaunt a festive mood. Its a nice surprise that just makes everyone think GTPlanet is that much cooler (in every way!)

I use GTP lite and haven't been able to notice the new theme (I'll switch over and check ito ut though). I do think the gtplanet.net logo swith the Santa hat on it is cool though 👍

Hey Jordan, while we're talking about changing the themes around here, how about holding a weekly contest to change that banner with the Lancer? Have people submit photos focused mostly on the car (but have some background too, to show off the graphics) and have people vote on them. Then whichever wins will replace the current one for the week. 💡

Nice job on the site, by the way. Do you think you could add the snowflakes (like at the top of the site) to the blue bars in the forum? It seems like you did that last year, or maybe that was another site.

I'm releasing a completely new look for the site soon, with a regular image rotation made up of Photomode pictures sent in by users.

About the blue bars, now that you mention it, that is really strange. They are supposed to be the same source image, so both should have the snowflakes like they did last year...I'll investigate.
