Of I'm not mistaken, I bought the NSX-R used. I don't remember how much I paid for it, but I know it wasn't cheap. When I get home, I'll check it out and let you know if I do have it.

As much as I love the NSX, I haven't even driven my NSX-R yet, and I'm ashamed. I'll get right on it.

The ARTA NSX on racing softs is just intense, though, but a completely different machine.

one of the greatest joys in this game is driving a car as it was supposed to be driven

stock suspension, stock horsepower, no driving aids

so much more rewarding then driving a 600HP monster

I think the used NSX-R is the 2001 concept version with a carbon hood.

That car made a huge impression on me. I remember the day my friend showed me pictures of that car from the LA auto show. we were playing gt3 at his house actually.
NSX-R Prototype LM is a road car not a race car.

NSX-R Prototype LM is not a car technically. There needs to be either "Race Car" or "Road Car" after the name to be the respective car.

Due to the lack of euro cars in the game I've started trying out all the japanese ones. The NSX-R is pretty dang sweet. I've kept it stock, except for sport softs, but I plan on tuning a second, and buying a '91 for RMing. The NSX LM road car concept is also a great version, and the HSC (not quite the same) concept is great as well.

Lack? Yeah you only have about 270 european cars... Guess you got bored with them?

Yup, agree.. NSX is one of the best car found in GT series.

Btw, have you tried the Amuse S2000 R1? It handles very well also. Have a try!!

I bought the NSX '04 from the UCD yesterday and it's stock HP was higher than the traditional 276 at 289 but it was a bit heavier, too. I know the Type S Zeros are really lightweight but I haven't bought one yet.

What is the best NSX?

NSX-R is crap compared to NSX-R Prototype LM

I think there's a third NSX type R road car, it's a concept version of the Type R with the same engine and mechanicals, but supposedly has better aerodynamics, well that's what the description said anyway. It's only available in the Used Dealership.

(I just checked, the standard Type R comes with a body coloured bonnet where as the concept '01 version has got a black bonnet and fins on the rear spoiler).

The NSX LM prototype road car is just insane, in stock form it's got more than 200bhp more than the type R, huge amounts of downforce and will eat a GTR with the same power to weight ratio and tyres for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

But it costs alot - 500,000, but worth every penny. I bought 3 of them!

   NSX

This car is completely absurd. I bought the premium 91 NSX a while back and was in love with it immediately, it was just a joy to drive. Some time has passed and I had a big pile of credits laying around, so I decided to finally try the newer premium NSX-R.

It's been a while since I have been this impressed with a car. The handling is just phenomenal. I put Sport Softs on it, changed the oil and installed an air filter before I took it out for my first run.

Everything on this car feels perfect. I swear even the force feedback on my DFGT feels completely different when driving this car, way more direct. The car is so cooperative, predictable, and well behaved in general that I had to keep checking to make sure I hadn't accidentally enabled a driving aid or anything...this car is amazing. Make sure you check it out :)

Purchase a NSX-R Concept '01 from the Used Dealer. When fully tuned, I outrun all the premium NSX-Rs.

Just recently got a NSX-R absolutely amazing w/355HP ran a 7:05:xx around the nordschife, aids off

I agree... these cars are some of the best in the game and are a blast to drive. I got the 92 NSX R as well as the premium 02 NSX R. Both are championship white with stock color-matched wheels:tup:

Im surprised no one has said anything about the 92 type R?

oh by the way, FIRST POST!!!!!!1!

At first glance, when you see the price, you may think "WTF?? less Hp than a R34, and double the price?" But when you bring it on a track, you can easily understand why this car cost double a R34. It's just perfect : smooth handling, awesome sound, perfect balance, and (last but not least) it's damn beautiful. By far my favourite japanese road car.

Damn you guys! - I need to buy it now! :-D

Buy it! Immediatly!

Seriously, this thing is so fun to drive, I've done the Grand Valley endurance 3-4 times just to drive this car completely stock :p

Anyway, I painted it in Rosso Corsa, and it looks awesome. What color is your Nsx guys?

Agreed: I drove it in GT4 not some time ago, nearly keeping up with RUF R-GT, and was like; WHOA
Brilliant handling, but the best thing was the engine, free-revving and just awesome.

The only other car I drove that was as good was the XJ220

Creamy handling. They're both V6s: coincidence? I think not. Note that the GT-R also has a V6...

anyone spent all the cash to mod it up, does it go any better?

I have a fully modded NSX, and my word, it is by far, the best handling car I've ever driven. Plus, everything gets improved, accelration, stability etc.
I have one stock and one modded. It eats mostly anything online.

I got 3...91 Acura NSX(going to RM), 02 NSX-R(keeping it stock), and 01 NSX-R Concept fully mod and tuned using RKM Motorsports NSX-R tune, handle like a dream

This car, NSX-R, has given me some jaw-dropping moments on the Suzuka circuit.... Just finished the Japanese championship in the expert series, almost stock, added 8 hp  sport soft tyres and won some of the best races I've ever had... Think I'm going to buy a second one to keep purely stock and the other one for tuning!

I've been lookin for the LM Road Car ever since I had the game and it is no where to be found. This and the Supra RZ. How can these not be premium of all cars?

Now i just have to fire up the game and buy that car. How could i forget the great NSX...

I did last night… Midnight pearl with 400 horsepower used a tune off this sight little too much oversteer but when I fine tune I will love it.

I have a few NSX in my garage. I do love the NSX-R also. I also got the NSX prototype LM, Raybrig NSX, Takata NSX, etc. I just love all of them.
