Nurburgring 24h/4h should be accessible for the casual players!

I simply cannot stress this enough, but this was a very poor decision on PD's part to lock tracks like this. Especially one famous as the Ring! Some of us are not very good like the othere 25% or so and we can barely get bronze. You're meaning to tell me that the majority of us won't ever get to experience the 24h and 4h Nurburgring because we can't achieve gold or silver in these Special Events? That's absolutely ridiculous. I really hope PD makes a patch/update to fix this. I don't believe in locking tracks like this. Perhaps cars but not tracks. Sucks for those who really want to experience them but can't due to the way PD implemented this. Either that or at least be more lenient with the times to achieve gold and silver.

You can experience them ,just not in practice or arcade mode until you've unlocked them by getting gold ,which isn't too hard (I did it with my Dualshock 3 ,automatic gears and traction control on!).

Anyways, getting Bronze and Silver is rather easy. Getting Gold takes some practice, but, welll, it can be done.

Yeah i agree its ridiculous that they put challenging events in the game NOT. I think its ridiculous that i don't have obscene amounts of money and a garage full of cars in real life can i get pd to patch this?. Pointless thread imo.

They were not forced to buy it in the first place. If those tracks have to be unlocked by design, then that's just how it is. And I'm fine with that.

Agree with this. Somethings you have to earn and spending a couple of hours on the AMG events is a good introduction to each section.

Next thread will be why havent i got the x1 straight out of the box.

You should even ask yourself if you've earned the track at all, if you are not even able to pass the tests.

Remember that not everyone here is in high school and have no other responsibilities in life. Some of us just don't have the time for this.

Tracks should be available to all players while extreme cars like the X1 should be earned with challenging but not insanely hard events.

The Nürburgring Nordschleife is, in fact, known for all the casual trafic going on there. It's open for each and every 'casual' driver who's willing to pay the fees - as long there's no race taking place at the time.

Honestly, it doesnt take long to get to the required level. And its straightforward enough to unlock the variations. You dont have to sit for 'hours' to acheive it.

For the Nordschleife yes, but the 24h/4h track combines the GP track and the Nordschleife. I think this must require golds as I have Silver/Bronze and dont have access to this track. Yet!

Have a setup for it? What do you mean? I am playing with a G27 wheel and a playseat. And to the other person who said it's not that hard and doesn't have to take hours to unlock it. Well guess what, for me it is taking hours. I've been putting in every minute of the day that I have available ever since I bought the came on release date to try to Gold all the AMG Events. Add all that up and that's the hours for you. Guess some people don't really understand. GT franchise isn't just for the kids, a lot of older adults play this game also. There's certainly a wide demographics in the age group that plays. Of course those veteran/elite GTP players aren't going to complain, since it's nothing for them to achieve gold. But please keep in mind with all due respect to other's people time and situation that this comes very difficult for some than others. I am not complaining but expressing my opinions on certain aspects of the game, and to me this is one of the poor decisions on PD's part to keep tracks like this locked. To some people out there they'll never be able to play it due to this.

You're not alone. AMG intermediate gold or even silver is extremely hard. I cannot gold a single section on intermediate--all silver. And I cannot even siler the full track (I always crash somewhere).

And it's an exhausting track. It's like some kind of workout...lol.

I also agree that you shouldn't have to do stuff just to unlock a track. To unlock a car is fine but not a track.

Yeah, giving a 'slow but steady' alternative to unlocking stuff for, well, everything would've solved that problem nicely.

Unlocck it by golding the AMG Driving School or by, dunno, finishing the 4 hour endurance race on the 'Ring in either A-Spec or B-Spec.
It'd take a while, but eventually, everyone could get it.
