Wow, fantastic video. That guy was good. It seemed very real for a minute. I suppose racing on the real track with the real Sauber is not much different.
 
Take it back, can't be Honeycar unless he got a DFP since GT4P.

Now I see what the one of the best drivers in the world + DFP + Nurb can do :D
 
Hyde did you use B-spec or did you accualy race(i heard you mention B-Spec but didn't understand if you accualy used it). Thanks.

That Sauber made me Crap my pants...WOW!
 
Yes it's a Le Mans car, who fly over in Le Mans track in High speed in the long straight way called 'Les hunaudieres' on the old track without the chicanes and Mercedes retired all their cars as the driver died.
The record high speed is own by Peugeot 906 (still no sign of it....)

You get already a license test S16 on the nurb with the same car, the gold time is : 5'47.

Quite difficult to control, need practice, no try yet the 24 hours race on it.

At average 7:30 laps, you're looking at 2700 miles in that Enduro... More than from here to Chicago, not quite NY. :bowdown:

i forgot to add

at the end of the race, i was 4 laps faster then the 2nd place Audi TT DTM, and at the end, he also ran out of gas and slowly crawl behind me to the finish line.

at the of the 24 hr run, my JGTC 350z did a total of 200 laps around the nurburgring

and i figured flinx and honeycar were top racers....i just dont know specifically who they are or what site(s) they are on....etc. lol. i'd really like to race one of them. im sure a lot of people would.

370kmh is quite a speed.....i cant wait to blaze down the tracks. man, i wonder how long a ride it would be in an ordinary daily driver...at least KY gave us a break by making gt4 and the ring so scenic.

B-Spec Mode:
B-Spec mode is a brand new way to experience the automotive genius of GT4 without worrying about slippery roads or hair-pin turns. Whereas A-spec puts you in the drivers seat, B-Spec puts you in the Race Managers chair.

In B-Spec mode the car is controlled by GT4's excellent artificial intelligence. Your focus is on monitoring the race, dictating tactics to your driver, controlling the car's tuning and pit-stips, and looking for strategic opportunties.

could be a computer too.....perhaps that is the absolute best (precise) time possible with the C9
 
That driving sucks.

Someone who drove it beated gold time for 25 seconds (which is pretty unbelievable, and it is more unbelieavble that Flinx is just 5 sec slower, but what the green-hell) but from my point of view, that driving just ruined my excitement about GT4's driving mechanics and made all those "we made a model that correspondence with physics in real life... 2% margin... taking into conern the nature of the track... real driving simulator" a pure crap. Did a lap, made a 6.23 from the first try and won a bronze, but silver should be no problem after some time with the car. But the driving shown in demo - it is just buttload of bull.

Did not believe I'll ever say just written above, but this driving is worse even than ridiciluos driving in the first GT. And we all know what was possible in that days. Shame for the game.
 
I doubt its computer, you can tell the persons used Wheels and pedals because if you look at his Gas and Brake indicators, he doesn’t totally release his foot from the gas pedal while braking most the time, I have the same habit when using the DFP.
Cant wait until gt4 comes out, ill probably match and better that time without traction or driver assist. (that’s how I like it - without interference)

EDIT: i think alot of that crazy driving in that video is possible because of the traction controle and driving assist, thats just my guess because in gt prologue, I found it alot harder taking the maclaren f1 around corners without any assistance and traction controle.
 
If you look at the vid closely, theres two things you'll notice.

1. Whoever was driving knew the course extremely well. He adjusted the vehicle according to every turn before it even came up. He knew the radius(sp?) of every corner before entering.

2. Whoever was driving, also, knew the performance of that vehicle extremely well. He knew how fast it could go without losing control. And he also knew when to calm it down.

That added up to a good combination and allowed the person to beat the gold time by 13 sec. I remember back when I was playing GT3 and I beat the final test(S lincence w/GT one) by 3 seconds and I thought I was good then.:dunce: Oh well...:O

I know what you're saying, it definetly isn't realistic and is kinda disspointing - but at least we can go damn fast on the Nurb 👍
 
that or they made licensing much easier.

i have a bunch of friends who dont have S licenses, and quit because of it.
