Just wanted to thank everyone that has contributed to this huge tread. By reading this first I was able to pass Mission 23 on my third try. I could have done it the first time, but when I got close enough to see the yellow GT-R I got impatient and went after him. The second time it seemed the AI cars were too busy battling each other to catch me on the straight after the first turn and I positioned myself in front of the black GT-R when in fact the red GT-R beside him was closer to me. But the third time it worked just as everyone said it would and I passed the yellow GT-R right after the last corner. So once again, Thank You.

This thread is so big that it can be a tedious job going through all the posts to find those that actually give you some clues as how to tackle some of the missions.
Not all missions have been talked about in this thread and there are perhaps other threads out there that cover the missing ones.
Ive read through all the posts up to #1533 (what was I thinking?) :indiff:

I know it will not make up for the amount of work you put into it, but many thanks for putting that list together.

Daan & Famine:
Thanks for putting together the video archice of the test and, more importantly, the missions. Being able to see it done is always better than reading about it, IMO.

People like you guys are what makes this site an invaluable resource.

I just finished the missions to get the Toyota 7 (way worth it). My tips are: for the 'vette one don't cut across the grass, for the Mazda one, enter turns slow, exit fast, and the other missions you can do by uh, cheating. :indiff:

I know you guys probably get this all the time, but is there an easy way to do Mission 34? I've done the rest needed to gain the Nissan R89C, and I really want that ride! Is there something I'm doing wrong? Do I just need to practice or what? My closest finish is like six seconds off the freakin' Gullwing.

It's a scientifically proven fact that people who double and triple post are crap at driving the missions.

Use the edit button and you'll get faster.

The licenses in GT3 are fairly difficult (for beginners of course).. I still remember spending almost 3 hours just to get a Bronze in Seattle course S-License in GT3.. hahaha!

Today, I go there and win either Silver or Gold every time. I still have to check Mission Hall of GT4.

I returned to GT4 a week ago after a month of absent playing GTA: San Andreas. Today I tried Mission 34 (PAL version) for the first time since then and after around 15 attempts I finally made it. :cheers:

During the other attempts I slowly closed on the 300SL starting with a 12 sec gap on first run down to 0.2 :ouch:

Now I only have Mission 23 left before the driving missions are complete.

Congratulations 👍 👍 , Mission 23 is easy, but read up on the info otherwise you're gonna have difficulties.
