old drift cars

Hi all iv got a alfa romeo guilia 1600 and its a drift beast. 198hp just shows you dont need loads of power, im fearly new to drifting and just wondering if any one has a nice old drift car

The Alpha Sprint Special (can't remember how to spell the full name lol) is another great drifter...one of my favorite cars of all time.

Most of the classic JDM cars are pretty good too, for having low power. Both of the old Skyline GTRs are awesome, and so are the old Fairlady Zs (240Z and 280Z). Although its a little slow, one of my personal favorites is the Fairlady 510 (same thing as a Datsun 510).

And if you're talking about "older cars" that make good drifter, you have to include the Corvette Stingray, and more so than that, the Mach 1 Mustang...this car is certainly among the top drift cars in GT5 (with the right tune, and with the right driver of course)

I do like the old drift cars. For me thay seem to be easyer to have fun with. I can go faster and with more angle than i can with a new one. Wuld be good to set up a drift team with just the old cars. What do you think?

Some nice drifting ther. Im thinking about starting a classic car drift team what do you guys think? Not shure if any one has done this before as iv searched and not found one. Tell me what you think and will see wher this goes.

Teams will rarely stick to just one car type, it would get very boring, and stop you joining other meets most of the time.

Old alfa romeo's are great, they always had great weight distribution and a "happy" tail.
old ford escort's can be great too (not sure if they exist in the game).

The volkswagon kubelwagon is the best old drifting car, call me crazy but i love it, try it on the beginning of circut de la sarthe
