The stock Viper Oreca will beat the competition for most tracks. Buy T2 and T3 tires and stay on the T3s most of the time. I won the series with the car totally stock, but if you don't want to have to go back and clean up a few races, then buy NA1 to use for the later races.
Plus, as it's been said, it's more fun than 15 lonely laps in an F1.
