Optimum Tire and Brake Temps

Hey Guys and Gals, new to tuning and I was wondering when tuned and up to race pace what the Tire and Brake Temps should be at for optimum performance. Thanks in Advance.

i found it different by age of cars, ex: on a M1 Procar of the 80's 85-90 degrees runs smooth, hovever in modern cars 95-100 degrees performances are stable
about brakes temps i'm always looking the colours (green) of the brackedisc in telemetry hud, so try to keep it green.
