I did looked at it, and can see that your car indeed does look like it is getting a "push".
However, no cars where close to you. I can see, that I in fact was the car right behind you as it happened, but with a safe margin, and GTSail was behind me at that time.

So maybe just a greasy spot on the track??

Don't think I've managed a clean lap yet!

 

I only did a few laps to get an idea of how many laps I needed to set the race for, I think I was just over 4 minutes but I didn't do any practice to see if I could shave anything off. I heavily rely on the draft on this track to get me where I need to be.

 

Your perspective is shared with many folks. This is the reason Stamina has not returned and I remain retired.

Great racing tonight fellas. Had a helluva battle with McChase and VDub for the whole race, we actually gave Saga a challenge for a couple laps.

 

^Why's there always a mystery Japanese driver on your race results? And what is this '002' car he drives?

 

I think that happens when someone starts the race but gets disconnected. Dubfire got DC'd after a few laps.

By the way, congrats to @SagarisGTB for clinching the Tuesday Championship. If you show up Saturday you'll likely clinch it as well.

 

@Torzilla had a room open yesterday andi was pleased we were lapping within a few tenths of each other. That's before the eejits invaded the room and changed it all.

One thing I did find worrying was a glitch in the dark: in the first section, just coming onto the main 'straight' the sky went from pitch black to daylight blue, just for a second. Then back to black. Mildly disturbing to say the least!

 

@Torzilla had a room open? I picture empty pizza boxes, posters of naked girls, beer Four Loko cans everywhere and a strong smell of reefer in the air.

 

First of all, I am wayyyyy better looking than that fatty, I play Les Paul guitars, not strats and I replaced the checkered flag guy with a couple strippers. Other than that you pretty much hit the nail on the head.

 

I've always thought that flag man looked a bit.....ummmmm......fruity. Strippers FTW.
