Quick update about yesterdays race replay, file upload size for youtube was exceeded so will sort it in the morning. If anyone else saved replay and would like to post pictures please do so.

Remember if anyone wishes to report a race incident to do so within 24 hours of the end of the race....

@oikk01: there is still something missing its probbably an areo setting or air filter dropping the PP down just a little bit, i will PM you my settings tomorrow if you dont find the gremlin under the bonnet. Dont forget your RM number needs to be changed from 1 to 23 before the next race. I know you was rushing to get into the league, i spotted it in race replay!

@spatt, did you get your car color sorted? If not let me know and we will get it done for you mate.

Thanks for the compliment mate, video is being a bit of a pain to get sorted but promise it will be up soon.

Purple rims is ratg mate, if i had more time i would have been a lot more creative with the pictures. By all means post some if you wish of just your Lexus or if you saved the replay then go for it!

i have some baad news too... ill be moving back home with my parents for the time being which means i will not be able to race with my steering wheel set up because i wont have the space for it in my room. So back to racing with the Pad .. does any body know any good tips for using the pad when racing? (i'v heard that changing throttle and break to the triggers helps loads?)

I will still race but dont think ill have the same amount of control and fun as before

Gutted for you pal, I would personally ditch the bed or wardrobe and make room for the wheel! DS3 controllers are ok its just getting used to them again, I love my G27, never going back to a pad. I was thinking about getting a T500RS but from what I have read its not worth the outlay for the differences between he two.

i made my own game pod out of planed wood from wicks. the whole thing cost me about 40quid... im pretty happy with it.

Spatt I used to have the acceleration mapped to the R2 button and the brake to the L2 ( waaaaaay better than the x and o it comes with.) For shifting gears, have it mapped to the right analogue stick. Right analogue stick up is shifting up, down is shifting down, ... again way faster.

Triggers are good like Oik01 says but I always map gear down to square and up to circle.

cool i'v played games where the shifter is either X or square but ill try the analogue out see if i like it.

if i remember i think NFS pro street had shift on the analogue stick for the drag races (that was pretty cool)

either way i think ill get better throttle control from the R2 button for the drifting round corners

Been thinking about that, its just that if a member is unavailable that night they miss 2 rounds of a championship rather that one and potentially lose 40 points instead of 20. Whats everyones feelings on this?

I love the GTR, thats why I cant wait to get it run in!

Aside from the Intermediate Series there is some work being done that will alter the ORDL and how the other Series are run. This is also partly the reason why I wont be running more than one race a night. More info soon.

haha, i love my G27 wheel i'v heard its supposed to be one of the best apart from the T500rs but not that much better and not worth the money if you have a G27.

I did and i do mate. Not just any gamepod tho, its a GTX version that only pop up for sale now and again from their promo events. I was looking at the top range fanatec but my mrs wouldnt approve of a thousand quid been spent on a wheen and pedals. Kinda hard to justify especially after just adding tactile.

The ORDL is undergoing some changes, the Intermediate Series will be soon known as the Road Series.

Regulations for the Road Series will remain in place, Neal and Itz are currently planning some new Series that will replace the Beginner and Advanced and open the league up to more drivers who wish to race in varying classes of cars.

Itz is also kindly working on a website for the League. I would like to thank them for taking these tasks on board and I hope as a result the League will grow and become more popular with races on GT5.

With an imminent announcement regarding a PS4, I will also be looking for any information regarding GT6 and how the League can be run on the title when it is released.

Please bare with the ORDL team as these changes are implemented and look out for Neal and Itzs Series Threads going live.

Edit: Intermediate Series now known as Road Series OP updated. Regulations will be remaining the same, upto 650PP. Now after update 2.11 the Lexus is at 654 PP but this will be left alone as the Championship started before the changes were made to the PP system.
