Hey guys, what's up?
Here's my first attempt into making a panoramic shot.


Car: TVR SpeedTwelve
Setting: Brooklyn

Advice and suggestions please

do anyone remember which track you can get in the pit without getting autorun mode? its a glitch that you entering in the other entry
someone in the forum mentioned that before

No I do not. But couldn't you take 6 different cars and patch them in different pit stalls? I know you can, especially if you did that JGTC line up.

I wanna do that couple weeks ago
but whatever I try ... I just can't take a picture from a pit
even I drive into the pit exit ..
it slow you down then autorun kicks in at some point
the best I can do now like this

me outside the pit and take photo while AI pitting

Tsukuba, if you dont enter as the pit road starts, but veer in at the last minute you get speed limited but just cruise on through without stopping.

Anyone have any tips for me on why my pics won't line up? Like I said in my last post here, all I do is move the camera back and forth, not touching one setting. Do I need to take pics where they won't overlap? I take them sometimes up to where half the pics would overlap each other.

thanks havik ... I will give it try

Vuesilver> you have to use a camera that is far away from the object
then zoom in to make the object larger on the screen
this way all your photos will overlap more and less fish-eye effect
(fish-eye effect happens when camera close to object and zoom out)

also note that try to do it from leftmost to rightmost or vice versa
and try to take more shots as you can, it will save your time when you screw up
like I posted before, I only use about 40% of each photo (the center 40%)
that means leftmost 30% and rightmost 30% will be hidden using layer mask under photoshop
anyway .... here is my 2 cents

try to take pictures overlap alot ... more you overlap better pano you get
it can be done in photomode (photo travel) or on track
both give me very good results

This time I tried with 7 pictures, similar results. The edges of the pictures did line up, except for the last 2, but the color on the edges were off, so you could see where the pics met up. Going to give it another try, with like 20 pics, to see if I get better results
