well the police car was actually a request-- someone has the idea that they're going to be able to do this without getting pulled for "impersonating an officer".. i doubt you can do that w/out some sort of permission or permit... but yeah; not my idea.

People have tried to "impersonate" a police car and a policeman before in Wisconsin. They didn't get away with it. They were fined and thrown into jail. Those parts, like the flashing lights, are easier to get than you may think. The companies that make police vehicle parts are public and will sell to anybody if you have the money.

how do I photoshop a car , and how do I get the software to do it coz I might as well do my car my self.

You need an image editing/manipulation program like Jasc Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop to start with. There are other image editing programs from the ones I mentioned.

My truck lowered with a cool looking background I manged to make with some tutorial help. Lowering it was pretty difficult.

Here is the cross between a Blazer and an Equinox, so naturally the Blazinox. I really tried on this one but it still didn't turn out great.

Any suggestions I would like because I'm pretty new to doing things with photoshop.

I don't really know if I like the floating effect. I think I would put it on the ground.

Looks very good for a beginner. A lot of photoshopping is finding good, high-res source images. http://www.dieselstation.com is a good source.

i'm still working on getting the headlights & blinkers to look realistic, because the frigging lense flares just don't do it.. lol
