Good point well presented.....

Venari, your right my Mum said that it was the worse clothing combination she had ever seen....

First one is just Gaara; most of the line-art done & colored. Second one is added photoshop effects, like the brushed sand and text. I couldnt think of a decent background; so i just faded it from deep red to 'sand'. I'm putting this both in the Vector and Photoshop sections, because Gaara himself is Vector, the sand/text are photoshop. Brushed btw.

quick chop

None taken! :)
Like I said, a few spare minutes, I just threw some bits at it.

Civic's aren't too bad though.

You never realize how comically huge the headlights are until you see one in black.

Thats wasnt really funny, if you were trying to be...

cool. i am completely ignorant. what did you do? and it did have massive camber.

It started off as a normal Holden Commodore SV8.
I did the following:
rims, lowered, front bumper lengthened, front bumper mesh grill, front bumper vents, main grill, 2 door convert, shaved, chop top, side skirts, tint, hood grills, whole car lengthened, flattened, side mirrors, and other structural stuff.

Looks good.

Like a cross bred Monadore.

monaro in some cases was the same thing as the commodore ;)

PS; turbo - could u thumb the 'old' images; and just have the update large?

Sure.

Im pretty sure the Monaro was based off the VX Commodore

its supposed to be a UTE; i didnt put the inner wheel-wells; a detail i simply forgot about; but i drew up a sketch; and used photoshop to render:

Original:

Extra Crispy:

its not supposed to be anything huge; i did a basic carbon lip-kit; wheels [i made it rwd, while i was at it]; changed the fender; changed the rear window; made it a coupe; extended the front bumper; made the wheel-wells bigger; dropped the body.

let me know what you think. This took about 2 hours

The rear wheel looks like theres something wrong with it...

Rear wheel looks like it is a deep dish alloy the front one doesn't look like it is.

Nice chop Suzq044 as usual.

Well technically it was based on the VT commodore, that is when they first developed it. It was released in conjunction with the VX (which was just a facelift of the VT) release though. The VX taillights and Monaro Taillights can be interchanged (quite a common swap for VX Commodores). When they facelifted the VX to the VY shape (like your picture) the Monaro kept the older sheetmetal, but gained the newer interior and became the MKIII Monaro.
