Yep. Any comments on the bimmer or Legacy?

No offence, but i really don't like how you always place a bunch of excess holes in the car the way you do..

but in anycase, theses added vents creted the shadow so that's good, but it still doesn't feel real.. and that legacy, the layers you slapped on top, the surface has texture on it.. which doesn't match the car itself..

I wasnt trying to make the car look good, but I just want comments on how the vents itself look, eg execution.

Well you're surely not a newbie at chopping but:
The rear rim is off, the eyelids on the "other" side are wrong, the windscreen has reflections of trees, and the rear bumper is off a bit.

You've blended the roof in fairly well, intercooler looks great, side air vent is great.

Wow.... that is certainly unique. Haven't even thought of doing that... EVER!!!! To add to Turbo Lag's comment:
  • The side windows and the side doors don't align properly
  • The side vent seems to be messed up
  • The intercooler seems flat.

Thats pretty much it. Hopefully you can chop as good as the rest of us. 👍

Here is my latest chop. Went for a slightly subtle look.

You can see you've done this sort of thing before.

Considering the flaws, (enviously pointed out. :p ), that is some great work. 👍

Well, it sometimes does look harsh but atleast he can attempt to execute better next time 👍

thx for the feed back
its nice to get good comments but its always helpful to get bad ones
it was my first time doing a vent and the intercooler

I did a couple of Patriots:

and here is a couple others; a zeo-demon & a commander truck [09 ram based]

I like em 👍 But what did you do to the first pic of Patriot?

Hey kids, I need a favour :O

There's this guy at work, who's car I said I'd chop, but I'm running out of ideas and very short on time... Because of this, I wanted to see if you guys could play around with my friend's car? It's an Opel Frontera, I'm attaching a couple of pics of it. One of them is a vector, so if you want I could msn it to you in .ai/.eps format? The Opel Frontera is the same as the Vauxhall/Holden Frontera and also a clone of what was once the Honda Passport, Isuzu Rodeo and Honda Jazz (not the modern one)

His is light gray, but any colour will do. The only thing I need is for it to look driveable... not someting that could only be a show car  Here are a couple of pics of it, including a traced one, which I have in vector format, so if you'd want that I could email/msn it to you.

I'm having issues with loading the pics. One is on imageshack and the other on imagevenue. I'll try later on to post them again.

Jesus, where were you when Dodge was designing the Demon? That completely embarrasses Dodge's Designers!

lol; most of the design is dodge's doing - i just grafted the ZEO concept's body onto the Demon's proportions.

Will that be good enough? Its a different model though.

er... no. I'll get back to you on this, since work is a bit hectic at the moment. I'll try to re-upload the pic.

These two shoud work

Here's another chop.. nothing special, just a poorly done group shot:

That's cool. makes me miss the muscle cars of old a lot more though

[/drool] Camarooooooo

ok. But ill try and find a 45~ degree angle shot anyway.

oh... I thought the flatter side-view would make it easier for the chop... it's nothing too serious what I need it for
