Ok. I'll tell you how to do it.

Load the image in, then once it's on, select the top half of the pic (not too much, just below the area where you can see the 2nd layer) and just press the Delete key. Then select what remains of the pic and select edit/copy. Open a new window (It should be to the scale of what you copyed) and select edit paste.Voila! Looks clean.
