Some providers (if not all) restrict you to a certain amount of GB per month that you can download. Mine is 50gb but average is 2-10GB per month. When you breach that amount you get your internet speed cut severely and it is almost equivalent to dial up. Therefore you have slow internet which restricts how fast images load up if at all.
Like i was saying, i usually in the month prob have about 40gigs worth of DL'd bandwidth and i have never had a decrease in my service's speed. So, my cable company must not do that. Now when i had comcast my modem somehow got uncapped, don't ask me how. But a rep came to my house about 3 days after it did and told me that if it happened again that my services with them would be terminated, and not just for then but forever with theyre company.
