No biggie, and apologize if it seemed like I was being impatient. Just like to get a little practice in as I (still) haven't played very much of this game, and don't want to look too much like an A$$hat. I suggested that vintage LeMans stuff, so I tried the 917 last night and there was a whole lot of A$$hattery goin' on. :lol::lol::lol:

I think we will have an run whatever night. I haven't planned anything but I will take suggestions. 1st (5) people to come up with combos for tomorrow night will get chosen. Make them 15 min races with no quali.

Congratulations to Aracefan who earned his first race win in this series as well as in Pits2!!!

Just a suggestion... don't have to, and have never run that car there so it may suck - you guys with more experience chime in, please.

Thanks @HazardLvL4 , I'll look into it - not sure @sgohsixthree would want to take on a n00b. . . Running on Thursday with you guys has got me into the SIM thing (my wife doesn't thank you, btw!) and now I spend quite a bit of time practicing. I'd almost be ashamed to tell you all how much I practiced for that GT3 race at Mugello (or any of the Devil Ferrari races), but if it was less than 200 laps I'd be lying. When I would play this game, ran the Ai on 45%, and Aggression on 50% just to make it "fun" and so I could win.

When I started playing with you crazy SOB's I started ramping the difficulty up, almost every time I played, and now I'm on 100% with Aggression at 80%. Talk about a challenge!! :eek: I WAS NOT used to that when I played PC2! I was used to being on pole by a mile, winning the race even if I went off track - but I didn't care, wasn't really racing "anyone". Well, now I am and have definitely improved with still a long way to go, but it has definitely made this game more fun. I'm now saving up for an RSeat, either S1 or N1, although I like the price of the RS1 I just like the design of the other two a little better and they're not that much more. That's why I shared a pic of my diy Ricmotech, which is great by the way - but it just "feels" homemade, and I was hoping that others would maybe share what they had. It's a lot of money to drop on something you can't try first...

Anyway, I will be doing my certification for the software I use here at work that week, will be gone the 22nd-24th. :( So I'll miss the 2nd race in whichever series we do next. If smcinnis would have me in that series I would love to do that vintage stuff, though.

You established yourself as a non-n00b after that Mugello race. :bowdown: I usually always have space on most Tuesdays, so if it won’t get you too much grief from the wife you’re more than welcome to join! The enduros bring out the hooligans like @HazardLvL4 so those fill up decently. If you can’t make the 23rd LeMans race, I have spots open in the 962 Porsche and XJR Jag for the following round on 5/14. Post up on the SRM Thread if you can make it or just want me to toss you an invite if you’re around on Tuesday’s.

Good job bro nice win man Told u the audi was a beast lol

I drove it more like a fat princess... kept my skirt dry, and my big ass kept @HazardLvL4 lookin' at my pooter shooter.

@SGETI and @ONESPACE were the class of the field, and since you disconnected (love, love, love your roommate) but took care of @Alex ONeill in the beginning, and @HazardLvL4 car sucking Panda balls - well, the stars, er, rain clouds aligned for some pedestrian love.

Good Afternoon All,

The next weekly series has been decided on. PITS will be running the GT-1 class for four weeks starting 4/18/2019. The available cars to choose from are as follows:

Ferrari F50 GT
Mercedes CLK-LM
Panoz Esperante GTR1
Porsche 911 GT1-98
Toyota GT-One (GT1)

*NOTE - assists will be forced OFF for this season since the Mercedes has more assists than the other cars in the class.

However, there is a slight twist in who can choose which cars. Due to the pace disparity that the Ferrari F50 GT and Mercedes CLK-LM pose to the other three options, certain drivers will NOT be allowed to pick them. The drivers that are NOT allowed to select the Ferrari F50 GT and Mercedes CLK-LM are:

@HazardLvL4
@ONESPACE
@Stanc03
@SGETI

These drivers will only be allowed to choose from the 3 remaining options. From evaluating the LR's of the 5 makes and the track list for next season it puts the Ferrari and Merc. 1-2 seconds a lap faster, BUT, since non-alien drivers tend to be that far behind the aliens in our league it should balance out.

The track list for next season will be the following:

Nurburgring GP
SPA
BRNO
Brands Hatch GP

Please post your car choice and livery for next season.

@Alex ONeill, please update page 1 of the thread and post here the standard season schedule and information.
