From this video you would think Sonys target audience are 12-14 year olds or something, 3 childlike/teenage looks games to me.
Those "Cards" with the "60%" and 30% look like sales methods. Looks like the whole OS is aimed at making even more money for Sony and making purchases easier.

Can I jump straight to settings like on PS4, where, if I leave the network settings on in the background, I can double tap netween them and the game I play.
