Match spring strength to weight distribution (expressed in terms of %, ignore the actual kgf/mm number, just use the markers on the slider, 0% full left, 100% full right), add an extra 10% to front spring.

Rear dampers, low EXT, high COMP.
ARBs, front at least twice as strong as rear.
Camber, 2.0 front, 1.5 rear.
Toe, -0.10 front, 0.15 rear.
LSD, 7/14/7

Final Gear full right.
Top Speed full left.
1st Gear 40%
2nd Gear 40%
3rd Gear 50%
4th Gear 60%
5th Gear 70%
6th Gear 80%
Set Final Gear so indicated Max Speed suits the track.
If you're running a 5 speed, ignore 1st Gear
