Almost 300K miles and she still looks pretty damn good, if I do say so myself.

Took these before it went away for the winter. It feels huge when you drive it, but park it next to modern stuff and it suddenly looks a lot smaller!

Two relics of the past, yet both somehow keep going despite being past their prime.

Also messed around with the settings to give it that "early 90s newspaper picture" look.

The latest acquisition:

Citroen Saxo, 1.5 Diesel. Technically it's my dads but it's just something cheap we got as a second family car for the winter.

It's got many small issues, but so far I'm having fun with the fixes. Not fun to drive though, it's painfully slow. At least it gets amazing mileage.

Buick Park Avenue. I've had it for a few years now. The equipment list is impressive for it's age, and it's a total opposite to the Saxo in every way. My long term plan is to get it to like-new condition. Currently it's getting some rust issues fixed, I hope to get plates and get it back on the road soon.

Finally have the car back. Installed long tube headers, no more cats, shaved down heads, smooth intake tube, swan neck wing, and a new head gasket replacing the one that got blown in my last time attack of the season. The car is extremely loud now.

Does it sound like a fart?
It sounds like a tin full of angry giant hornets being forced into a metal grinder.

Basically it sounds thunderously broken - just how I like it!
