Granted it highlights the problems with illegal street racing, but it states nothing about a woman driver.

Her name is elaine.
At the beggining he yells "Go elaine" and than when she stalls he says "Oooh she stalled" or something like that. Other than that i have no real info.

Maybe the driver was drunk

I really doubt a tire blew... You dont here anything but tire squels until she hits the people... I would think she lots control of the back end in one of several ways...

One: She turned by accident and panicked...
Two: She downshifted by accident... panicked making hte situation worse by loosening the rear and tunring ever so slightly...
Three: she thought she had to turn inorder to go straight...
Four there was some unseen thing in her way that cuased her to loose control...

True. Sorry I had no sound so it was just a suggestion. Also does anyone know how to change your media player default. I managed to see this clip but lots of them go to a sound-only (no video) clip on media player 1 (i think) i accidentally set it to do this when it asked me but i was wondering if i can set my media default to the one that actually plays movie/video clips.

might she have wiggled the back end to shake off the spin and lost complete control. I think she might have spun off to the left cause one of her wheels went on the grass and the LSD kicked in and that put to much power into right side, which then might have got grip and forced it to turn over to the left. All i can geuss is she panicked when she turned back across the track.

Its also possible it was torque steer. She wasn't ready for it, had one hand on the shift knob, and layed on the gas. The car had alot of torque and basically ripped it away from her..Possible?

Fifth: She was participating in an illegal street race which had NO safety measures implemented.

Remember guys and girls: when you race, you're taking big chances. Racing at a sanctioned, ORGANIZED event seriously reduces the chances of being seriously hurt or killed. Good luck can carry you quite a way, but it does not last indefinitely.

It also gaurantees you'll get your ass spanked seeing as all the good cars are at the track not the street. If someone values their car they will go to a track and not risk the ticket/impound.
