yes... but i want to make the 600 km/h barrier.....that is fast.....

i'm wondering..if the strait in nurburgring is bigger than the test course?
anyone?

I think is bigger...but the road isn't soft....the car rolls badly in the ''ring'' i think that's because doen't make more speed values

I dont know about the GTone, you could try, but I think the TOYOTA 7 would, and so would the R8, the R8 loves to have its nose in the air.

do a search on 2000 mph and find my mustang doing 2000 mph on the test course stock, try and beat that :)

also try a prius and toyota 7 race car search where i broke out of seattle with speeds outside at 35000 MPH before the toyota 7 went nuts and prius couldnt go faster

Codebreaker & game shark dont count, neither does the "bresking through the wall trick"

These are legit times without cheats, If you want there are a bunch of people braking mach speeds with there cheats and Hybread cars, whoop te do. :crazy:

Now Thats Lame! Using a cheat and comming off like your for real :crazy:
 
Well, I did my speed without cheating. Just like a lucky MLB baseballer, I'm clean. But then, I'm sick of competiting all the time on GTP. Just going to enjoy independent success. The moment I hit 272, I accidentally whacked the guy ahead of me instead of overtaking, so the 272 didn't last very long. Anyhow, it's the best I've done. I do have the Nissan R92CP. So I'll probably stock up on a Stage 4. That and the less-controllable Suzuki Escudo (I read once that to make the car handle better, some LSD adjustments have to be made). Regardless, I'm sure I have a high-speed sick bastard to crack the 300s.

But again, I'm clean. No cheats.

No doubting you there mate 👍 .

So far the fastest legit speed I've heard of was 381.61 MPH, which I did in the GT-One under Rac3rxGTP's settings and guide.

At first no one believed him, so I tried his settings and voi la 380... after a few tries I got the 381.61.

But once again, give all the credit to RacerX, for the time being, he's the tuning master when it comes to high speed in this forum.

You should crack 300 mph easily as I did and I never cheated at all. My best is 365 mph..
 
My best is 404Kmh in a Ford GT with Nos, I only changed the gear ratios and tuned it a little bit
 
I read somewhere (lost the link so don't ask) that the extra 20 mph that Rac3rXGTP is getting in his GTone is a bug and it was fixed for the PAL release on march 10th here in Australia. So that sucks, I can't get 380 mph, infact just -20 mph off his and thats what you should get, so about 361 mph is the top speed with his settings.
 
this is my first post :nervous: and i must say that i am impressed with the speeds that some of you people can reach 👍 . but i must also say that all of you seem to be only trying the toyota gt-one (415km/h), the minolta 88-cv(427 km/h) and the nissan r92cp(421 km/h) racecars.
these cars all kick arse but i have found a car which can go the extra bit. believe it or not the AUDI R8 racecar is faster than these.
without tricks OR cheating (all i did was turbo kit #4, reduce the downforce to minimum, decrease the damper to stop the car from jiggling heaps and adjust the gear ratios)
i reached a speed of 441 km/h (which is equal to 274 mp/h). i hope you will all give the AUDI R8 a go and tell me what you think.
i admit, i am not the best but dont forget, its not the highest speed that your car can reach, its the lap times which are more important coz speed is only good for TEST COURSE!!!

My GTone Does 381mph

AS for My R8 Set up, it only Pull 345miles per hour.

As for the coment about the speed I reach being a glitch in the game (eastly), that is the sadest lamest bunch of BS! Thats Sore looser talk. Man up.

In case your having trouble getting to 380mph, Ill tell you guys how its done.

When going around the turn (driving the track backwards) keep to the very inside of the turn, let her bog down in 4th gear 2-3 times (you cant be going too fast in the turn, you want to exit wide without hitting the wall and with the NoS engaged, but you should get into 5th while still in the corner), and then when coming around the bend as soon as you see the straight, while still in the turn, hit the NoS and exit the turn wide angleling your nose to the inside of turn @ the end of the straight, keep her in 5th untill you redline, you have to shift right before you hit the redline (Your nose will already be in the air, you want to get 6th around 305 -315mph, your nose will already be in the air, if your nose dips when you shif its because you shifted to early), and hold on, your nose will dip once near the end of the track and when its back up 380mph.

Edit: it has been proven that it is possible to get 380mph in the PAL Australian version, so I am apoligise to Rac3rx

i did all my max speed tests WITHOUT nos WITHOUT changing the suspension/driving aids etc... and most importantly WITHOUT doing wheelies

can you REALLY reach 380mph WITHOUT nos and doing wheelies? if u can plz show me a pic of u driving the car with 4 WHEELS ON THE GROUND and NO NOS BAR and going at least 350 mph

i just tried those settings that you posted yeah i got up to 384 mph (618 km/h) but the car was doing a wheelie so that makes it BS and with NOS that also makes it BS
