hey there isnt an option for all. or does AWD mean for all as in FF, FR, RR, MR and 4WD hahahaha well everything is driftable and everything is great.

Ok, so I know where to get a PS2 S-Video cable.
What software do I need?
Well, I'm assuming you have a capture card. I use Windows Movie Maker, and Sonic Foundry Vegas, to capture and edit my vids. ;)

MR2 Duh...lots of people drift MR2's

In GT3 maybe yes.. In real life try to drift an mr2 and see how much fun u have. Those little cars are infamous for snap oversteer or in other words the car wants to correct itself and itll snap the other direction immediately as u r trying to correct. The problem with the MR2 is its weight distrobution. Having the engine in the mid-rear area give it supreme handling and stability in grip racing. The problem is that when the drift is started and the corner is followed, the cars weight is now primarily in the back, while the car is accelerating. This gives the car a tendancy to violently spin out if the car reaches the terminal (point where the drift cant be recovered or requires overcompensation to complete) angle.Thats why there are very very few MR2 drifters out there. and those that do drift mr2's have lots of talent. If u have ever seen the video of the mr2 crashing and flipping over in a mountain run this would prove my point exactly..he executes a turn and as he tries to correct the car snaps to the other side of the road causing him to go str8 into a ditch and flipping. I'm a mr2 enthusiast from www.mr2.com or www.snimoc.com and i know a gr8 deal about these cars..sorry i jus had to share that knowledge.

I completely agree. The other reason why MR's are so much harder to drift IRL, is that with the MR layout, the pivot point is in the middle-rear of the car. This causes the car to have less control in a drift. With FR, the pivot point is in the front, so it's easy to control the weight transfer of the car.;)

...and the pivot point on AWD cars is near the center, making them better. However, I am starting to revert back to my RS200 and I am considering tuning an S13 or FC3S.

Hey, does the FC3S's handbrake lock in GT3?

The pivot point in an AWD front engine car is the same as FR car. It's just controled differently. Of course, the term "pivot point" is just what I am you using to convey my point, (but I think everyone understands what I am trying to get at). Tune the S13, and wait till your good at tuning, before you try make a good setting for the FC IMHO.;);)

I haven't had a chance to use the FC3S, but I heard that the side brake doesn't lock when the car is in motion on the real life car. Sort of a safety feature I guess.

Is this fact accurate with GT3?

Instead of pivot point, perhaps "center of gravity" would work better.
yeah, I was going to use that term, but I wanted to also convey the motion of the car.;)

theres really no difference besides the car wantto grab traction faster...If u can drift FR then you won't have a problem with MR/RR... AWD/4WD is where everything changes

Not that it's off topic or anything, but I really hate monkies.
If I saw one in the wild, I would punch it's face until it was smiling out the back of it's head.

Gotta stick up for my boy. Afterall, without you, the "S14 Drift Twins", would be the "S14 Drift.......Guy". ;)

Why are all you dudes so biased towards the S13's and S14's?

My normally aspirated RS200 f-ckin' rips.
Even your vid in your sig, silviadrifter, starts with a white RS200 laying down a huge line.

Agreed.
I drift pretty much every car that is worth drifting. However, the Silvias are some of the best balanced cars in the game (for drifting).;)
