Someone forward that tweet to Kaz.
Hopefully it's at Goodwood.
It's a good news. Another GT4 car, cant wait the new team/clients interested...
Audi joins Porsche as the second GT2 manufacturer:
Michelin Pilot Cup series race at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park is live.
Great stuff. Finally some muscle wins.
Next KTM GT car... maybe GT2, maybe new hypercar for le mans(possible hybrid). But the Sound will be great!
Not much aero. So, GT2? Conventional doors? hard to tell.
Hope it will happen.
Like everything motor racing, it’ll come down to budget.
If Toyota Australia plan on selling the Supra here, they need to throw some coinage in the tin & call it “advertising expenditure”.
I'm all for a Supra GT4 One Make series. Seriously, could reinvigorate GT4 down here, with a few Supras next to the couple X-Bows and Vantage on AGT grids.
Nah, I was talking more about the budget to bring a fleet (2 or 3) for the 12-hour with the option of leaving one or more behind for the domestic series (AGTC).
Besides, Toyota already put budget into the 86 one-make series. Asking them to stretch & cover both is wishful thinking.
At best you could hope for the winner of the 86’s to get a drive at the 12hr & maybe in the AGTC as a co-driver.
How many GT4's were in the 12hr this year. It was only a handful, right? Hopefully the GT4 grid is larger in 2020. Bring on the Supra.
Yeah, I got what you were saying. Just having a play with the One Make.
Yep. Without Steven Richards and Tony Longhurst M4s this year, one MARC Cars M4, one Ginetta(Ginetta Australia) and three KTMs.
I'm thinking thinking Toyota JP/UK/GMBH or a customer, have to have a couple cars ready for the Dubai 24H. Can't miss that race at the start of the year. At the moment, there are 12 GT4 cars on that entry list. As Pete05 is saying, Toyota Australia need to calculate quickly(even though all road cars are sold out), to jump in on this.
Hell of a start to this one.
Man, you weren't kidding. Bloody hell. Pleasantly surprised to the second V8 Racing Camaro back on the grid (first time this year?).
I think so. Don't remember there being two cars so far this year.
Has this thread mentioned the Fiat 124 Race Car that's currently being tested. Maybe for GT4 racing?
Just watched the last lap of the Michelin Pilot Challenge at Road America. What a finish!!!!
Yes, yes it was. It finished just in time as well because it's starting to storm in the area again.
Now to find a way to dry off.
Someone just put it up on YouTube. WOW!
Just watched it & I’m as stunned as everyone else.
How did the McLaren lose that? He must’ve backed off early.
Great drive by Liddell though. Never, ever give up until the chequered flag falls.
Pit lane speed limiter
Must be rookie mistake weekend. Aaron Cameron set the in-car extinguisher off while heading for the grid.
That's gotta hurt
I guess the team will be making some adjustments to the steering wheel buttons in time for the next race. Either that or LARGE
CLEAR TO READ LABELS.
Now, they just need to make a good tv deal with good camera operators.
Some images from Thursday at Circuit Zolder, the 24 hour race starts tomorrow!
Paul Truswell was walking around in the pitlane, but I didn't dare to have a chat with him for some reason.
Daggone shame. This is what the SuperUtes were supposed to look like initially.
Here we go. Should have happened a loooong time ago. Hope it gets traction. Especially if someone can get a couple Supras.
