To be clear, these were unauthorized leaks. WMD2 members can check various threads on how SMS is handling the situation.

More juicy screens. Oh boy, I'm excited

We already knew about the Lamborghini being in but knowing about more cars is nice.

Not sure what track this is.

That screen has been seen before. Think Daytona Beach.

Mentioned this thread in that article as well.

PCars 2 is officially my most anticipated racing game ever :) P1, LAferrari, 918, holy heaven :D:bowdown::gtpflag:

BYE GTS it was nice not knowing you
:yuck:

Do you own a PS4 wheel?

Project cars is extremely hard to play without one. Regardless of car selection GT Sport is going to be much more playable on a gamepad. Just my opinion.

Trust me i know i have the first game, And while its pretty hard with a controller i got use to it over time :)

I hope they improve the default setups in the cars and tweak the physics engine, There are a lot of cars in the game that I never get fully confident driving them.

If Porsche is in, I'm crossing my fingers that it isn't just predictable 400+ horsepower modern stuff, and that we get "lesser" models like the 914, 924, 944, 968, or 928, the 356 and a naturally-aspirated 911 or two, and historic racecars from the '60s and '70s. :)

Based off PC1, I think this would be the case. Of course, i'm going off Aston Martin.

Make it playable with a pad like GT/Forza and I'll buy it.

Hey now. Let's not doing anything irrational now. Let's you know...find out if there's anything wrong with the game. Learn from the past, right?
I just hope that SMS have actually done so... For the most part, Project Cars was a solid game. It did have some flaws and the menus weren't clean, but it was still enjoyable.

E-Sports is built into Project CARS 2. E.g. Broadcasting, Organisation, Playing as a Team.

https://www.gtplanet.net/project-cars-2-will-have-dedicated-esports-features-from-day-one/

Direct Quote from Front Page post:
“eSports is very much going to be embedded in Project CARS 2 from day one. That means all the features that are required: the broadcasting aspect of it, the organization aspect of it, the opportunities for teams and things like that to play as a team as opposed to individuals. Believe me, we’re going knee-deep into all this stuff, and we’ve got a good two years behind us of how this stuff has worked in the past to build upon from that experience.”

Could the WMD 2017 on the number plate be a possible hint to a 2017 release date?

I had the XBONE version. The pad worked fine for me. 50minute races were intense as anything! I've since sold it. Now, I'm going to get a PS4 just for PC2.

I should try it but I read so many bad comments on how hard PC is with a pad.

Ah, I see. Yeah, I've read the PC comments. Should be a bit of help from the community though.

Yes, at release. Now very playable on PS4 DS4 controller for me. It was a pain in the 🤬 to get to the DS4 settings that felt like GT/Forza. But all that testing is done, and you can find settings posted on GTP.

Maybe... but then again, pCARS1 numberplates have been changed to 2016 w/o further notice :p

I think that's a given.
I'm not so sure about that. What has helped pCARS massively is the long time they were hyping the game and they'd make a huge mistake by not giving the game enough time to cover the front pages of gaming news sites and magazines. We also should not forget that GT Sport is the first GT title for the PS4 and as a result, Sony probably won't accept any more delays.
