ummm... guys andy just hinted something

I think I have figured it out:

Look at the color of #ffd700

Then after a quick Google search I found this:
In a RGB color space, hex #ffd700 (also known as Gold) is composed of 100% red, 84.3% green and 0% blue. Whereas in a CMYK color space, it is composed of 0% cyan, 15.7% magenta, 100% yellow and 0% black. It has a hue angle of 50.6 degrees, a saturation of 100% and a lightness of 50%. #ffd700 color hex could be obtained by blending #ffff00 with #ffaf00. Closest websafe color is: #ffcc00.

The color gold, Andy Tudor is a game developer, games go "gold" when they are complete.

So, perhaps, Project Cars has gone gold!

If so:

Thanks for the information!
OMG, can it be true??
Please let it be true!

I wonder if the kart series has gotten longer races recently(?) The issue was raised a little while ago here by one of the regulars, suggesting that kart races should be 15-20 laps (I think they were 7-8'ish). I can't find the GTP postings, but I brought the suggestion across to WMD mid March and haven't really thought about it since.

Just now I started a couple of Kart careers to check the state of it. I chose the first event on the calendar for both classes, and these were the race formats:

125cc Kart: sprint race 10 laps, main race 15 laps
Super Kart: practice 30 min, qualification 15 min, sprint race 10 laps, main race 15 laps.

In Quick Race mode you can go up to 999 laps.
Good to know! Haven't tried karts for some weeks now, so I'm glad our message got through. Now I brought up a point about prototype 2 regionals being only 10 mins, hope it's a bug

Don't see how anyone will notice the difference unless they are running the XB1 version and PS4 version side by side at the same time
It really depends on your screen. On my TV I cannot see any difference between a 900p and a 1080p game. On my computer screen however, games less than 1080p look noticably worse than on my TV, while for 1080p games the difference is not that noticable.

I will miss driving with my wheel (G27) as I'm on PS4, however I can drive almost as fast with a controller - you just lose out on the immersion of a wheel.
For the moment I can't justify the cost (mostly to my wife!) of a new wheel but I might sneak one in somewhere in the future. :)
remember, it's far easier to ask for forgiveness than permission... ;)

Question regarding weather. As we know real time weather is not available on PS4 and Xbone only PC. So how those it work on consoles, What am trying to say is will I always know what weather will be during races or is there default mode were we can expect surprises in races regarding weather. Thanks.

You can set up to 4 different weather slots in a race. And you can set all 4 to a defined weather condition or to random.

i think not everyone on PC will want to race will real-time weather effects anyway (for example it might be raining at the real circuit but you fancy a dry race) so every race probably has a pre-programmed weather/time setting attached to it. now, if this changed season to season it would be great, but i'm not so sure it will so we may end up having the exact same conditions every time for a specific race.

edit: this is just speculation as i dont know, so some clarification from a member would be nice. someone give Chillisteak a shout lol

When setting up a race you can put the 4 weather slots to random. Then you have no idea of the race conditions.
