If you search hard enough you'll find something (not kosher of course) but the last time I looked (but didn't touch) all that was available was over 100 builds old.

Could have sworn that someone said there was no digital version of PCars on the PS4. Something about cost constaints.
 
After weeks of searching & bidding on ebay, I've finally bought a cheap second hand PS4. Now I'm gonna be searching for a cheap second hand Fanatec wheel for my G25 pedals so I got day one compatibility, but that might be harder to find. Still hoping that Logitech are secretly writing PS4 drivers for P CARS behind the scenes just like Fanatec were.

PC primarly tu use my 3-screen set-up.
PS4 because most of my friends will have this version
Xbox One to race with an Xbox team I uszd to belong (and also because it will be the opportunity to boot my One more than one time a year).

... I am glad SMS made multiplayer fully accessible without licenses, credit or xp barriers.
