So trackwise we have:

9 confirmed on PMR website: Zolder, Spa, Nurburgring Nordschleife, Northampton (Silverstone), Lime Rock, Mosport, Sebring, Bathurst/Mount Panorama, Kyalami

7 seen in trailers: Donington, Monza, Daytona, Imola, Interlagos, Mid-Ohio, Red Bull Ring

If the 18 locations includes the 3 separate Nurburgring tracks (as on the website) we are complete. If not there are 2 left. A youtuber said there were 3 British tracks so that's one more (likely Brands Hatch). We are also missing anything Japanese.

Yeah we must be in line for at least one Asian circuit, Fuji has been mentioned a few times. I'd be very surprised otherwise as the website shows at least 1 to be announced for that region.

That’s already begun
Sadly it has, Reddit is full of it.

2- From the developers: You need a wider audience. Please do not only focus on steering wheels and first person view! A lot of racing games just neglect controller players with their unfinished tuning for driving and menu selections, and the process for controller configuration is very tedious! As well as having weird, static chase / 3rd person view with an awful awful awful car sound from chase cameras !
If the devs word is anything to go by, several of them have stated on the official Discord that it plays amazingly on a controller, one of them stating that it was his favourite racing experience on game pad currently. Fingers crossed it's true.

If I'm right the Toyota GR010 is the first of this game's LMDh class not to race in IMSA - which leaves the door wide open for a certain highly requested red machine if they can get the rights.
Good point, but, isn't it also not LMDh? So it's the first Hypercar in the game technically, wonder if that is what the final class is and why we haven't had BMW or Ferrari announced yet.

I don't think they are allowed to use the Hypercar name for licensing reasons, and that's why the class was changed to LMDh. The Valkyrie isn't a LMDh either but it's in that class, so I don't think there will be a separate one for LMH/Hypercar. Just stick them all together GT7-style

Ah makes sense 👍.

Also, I took this still from today's trailer, appears to be a subtle confirmation of differing seasons, as this is very autumnal looking.

That AI gameplay looks much better than in the official gameplay trailer (but not so much in the rain)
Lower difficulty (think he said he had it on 85) looks more fun than the on-rails max AI (105 I think)

It looks so good. Please work on PS5 with the pad 🤞

Graphically, it looks pretty good
AI looks very dull though (And I don’t care if it’s “Realistic”, just because it’s a sim doesn’t mean it should be boring)
Also, as a non-binary/trans person, I can’t in good conscience fund a game that is being promoted and developed by a transphobic neo-fascist

Live online racing right now from Sim Expo. Possibly final class be shown? Porsche Supercup.

The car class and roster is coming along nicely and really surprised to see the Toyota LMH being thrown in. Makes me wonder if we will could possibly see Ferrari and Peugeot in the future as well.

To go along with car roster, I do hope beyond the earlier mentioned car pack expansions coming we also get added cars to a few classes. IMSA GTO for example would fill out nicely if they also add the yellow and blue Chevy Baretta, the Whistler Mustang and the Nissan 300zx Cunningham racing. The early LMP class could fill out with the Audi R8R, Bentley speed 8 and the Ferrari 333SP.

Would be nice but I don't think we'll get that officially. Mods maybe depending on what mod support is like.

I think "Hypercar" should be OK, The Crew has a Hypercar class and they dump all sorts in there. LMH would be an issue though.

I hope the final class isn't Super Trofeo, what a letdown that would be. I know it's technically not just a GT3 car... but it might as well be. With the amount of aero, power, tires, and assists it gives pretty much the same driving experience, and it doesn't race any different. Classes like MX5 Cup add a different experience and teach different lessons, where as you can get basically the same experience as Super Trofeo by just running a Lambo GT3 spec lobby.
Well it seems the last class is actually for the Porsche 992 Cup, in which case I echo your letdown sentiments. I guess the Super Trofeo was just there because they couldn't get a GT3.

There is clearly some issue because they changed the class name from Hypercar to LMDh. People asked on the Discord and the devs wouldn't/couldn't explain, just that this is the solution agreed with the brands and with IMSA.

Not an expert on those particular race series but I don't think there's any barrier in the regulations against them racing together, so just make it one class, call it whatever and have it better than real-life (& LMU). Hopefully they can licence the missing from both regs (BMW/Alpine LMDh, Ferrari/Peugeot LMH) and in future add the upcoming Genesis/Ford/McLaren LMDh cars.

They announced a while back that the Praga Bohema would be the first mod and that there would be a few more cars available starting on day one.

That Praga doesn't fit into any of the revealed classes.

That's one of my concerns, know how mods will work.
Whether can be added to existing car class in the game or if they are going to be separated.

I really like the GTO class so that's a nice surprise. Plenty of BMWs and Ferraris took part in the class so fingers crossed it's not just the Mercury Cougar, Audi 90 and Mazda RX-7.

I would be so excited if we were to get the Dallara Ixcsunonove for our group 5 class 🤩

all beautiful the weather and surface model of wet track... but i remember live track 3.0 in project cars 2 and automobilista 2, the killing puddles and the Ai not affected with career bugged and wet race unplayable... i wish this time its finally working....

I think it's possible these could show up since they were regulars throughout Project Cars, but would be placed in the current LMP class alongside the Audi & the Panoz.

Confirmed. Final class is Porsche cup.

It's not a deal breaker for me, but the wheel animation in the game so far is very odd, almost like Forza's where it transitions into a different model in motion. It doesn't look this way in previous PC titles, so I want to assume it's still just WIP.

The C5.R, Cadillac LMP02, and that GTO Camaro all look appealing, and make taking the jump at launch a little more attractive. Was planning on waiting for a Christmas sale or something and hoping some more mods would be available and some early bugs worked out.
2 Porsche cups taking up two classes is a little let down. Would have been better if they were combined into one Porsche cup and then a sub selection for the 964 version. But still not a bad roster otherwise so far
I dunno, they are so different from each other that I don't mind too much, and I say that being someone who normally doesn't care for Porsches much. While they are in a lot of games and all over the world and therefore not very "unique" or something, current Porsche Supercup is at least more different than stuff like Ferrari Challenge/Lambo Super Trofeo in that it doesn't have TCS and stuff, lower downforce, etc. Will be interesting to compare how far the series has come too, the 964 was a pretty sane car in terms of stats but also kinda quirky, and modern Porsche Cup cars are very fast and tricky cars, with many considering them much more difficult than the GT3 cars above them on the ladder.

With the game being leaned a little towards more "vintage" (although it feels weird to call cars from the early 2000's "vintage"), getting vintage spec classes would be cool, not just to fit the theme but also the style of racing from the era with less assists, older tires, and generally a bit less downforce than modern cars. The Ferrari F355 Challenge cars were really good in PC2, easily better than the modern Ferrari Challenge cars in terms of close racing, and would be a really good fit too.
