Happy as this day is, GT4 is still a game. My thoughts are also with the people in Sri Lanka, stricken by the Tsunami disaster.

I think that most people here are aware of that and while voicing our condolences goes without saying, I'm not sure it really needs to be said here.
 
How much techno is in the game? is it like GT1 i liked the music there the best. and how many licence tests are there like a, b, ib, ect... and arethere more tests in each one then gt3? or the same? thank you.

Is it just me or does that truck have some whackjob rims? I recall it having a cooler set of rollers.
 
So Chaser_fan, how long do you think it will take for you to unlock the Extreme hall? I'm curious as to what is in it. I would assume drifting, and maybe some high-speed competitions.

On the GT boards over at boardsus.playstation.com, MasterGT mentioned a track called Kashiwa, which was listed under Driving Park. Can you explain what it is?

Gosh, I'm not sure how much of the rest of the game you need to complete to unlock the Extreme Hall, but I'm going to take it steady. I don't want GT4 overkill within the first week of having it!

As for Kashiwa, I havn't seen it as a track, but I think it was one of the photo locations in Photomode.

There HAS to be an SRT-10 Ram. We have the SSR, the Silverado SS (though its the concept version), and the Lightning. You CANNOT leave out the SRT-10. A Ram Rumble Bee would be nice, as well. :sly:

thats what im thinkin, but the only DODGE RAM i saw in the lists was the HEMI QUAD CAB 👎
 
Since there are trucks, can you confirm any type of race just for trucks? I can't see them competing with any Lancers on rally tracks, nor with anything on tarmac.

I wonder if the trucks will drive in 4WD or 2WD. The Silverado SS production model is AWD, so it would handle fine. The SSR is 2WD, so no problem there, same for the Lightning. Guess I answered my own question, but those Pajeros (sp?) could apply to this.
 
Guys, can we try not to quote images/entire posts and keep one-line replies to a minimum? It's making life very hard for 56Kers like me, and we like GT4 information just like everyone else. Thanks.

The person who took the pics of the glove said it was for free. It came with his copy of GT4 which he bought that the Sony ProShop store.
 
Giancarlo: Yes, according to Chaser (may have been 1twojay...), it was one of his first cars.

Any reports on how that thing handles?

as far as i know you can only get it by scanning the logo on the shirt with an eyetoy ;)

Congrats Man in getting GT4!!!

god. Im gonna make sure i take a course in japanese in college so i dont feel screwed again when gt5 comes out. Well.. we wont have much longer to wait hopefully. Its cool to hear they didnt leave out the little detail of backfiring, and they have a few cool cars unexpected. I'm just looking foward to playing myself... Untill then... I'll be getting sideways with my DFP 900 degrees in Live for SPeed.!!
