No one wants to make the fast guys slow. At least i do not. I would want to have a close pack racing for all drivers like we had in the series i run in gt6... We had races of 90 minutes where from first to 14th there was less than 30 seconds... And even a couple of races with 1st to 3rd in less than 2 seconds!

I didn't say that ! I said that if you split in half, obviously the fastest of Tier 2 is slower than the fastest of Tier 1, therefore the slowest of each Tier becomes closer to the leader of each Tier...

BTW I'm not bothered by the current gap either, having raced in some series with Immortal Pilot and his Team Redline mates lapping all the field 1 race out of 2. :D

Announcing that @TDZdave is going to be a test driver in the last races.

He'll race with Bentley today, and with Ginetta next week. Let's see how these 2 cars behave in a pack!
 
As long as I can wave to someone while racing I'm happy , this means he is not far in front or in the back of me .
The only problem I have is when one driver is next to me , so I can't wave because we have a race going on damn it .

Sorry for not joining last race, won't this time around either :indiff:. A bit sick last week. And this one, well it's summertime and there is just a lot of things happening and not very much time for practice. Next week I'll be with you though! :lol:
I thought it would be ok since it's "season zero", hope you don't disagree :)
 
15 mins to qualy and just 4 on track? thid is ridicolous.
 
Sad to see so many singing up for the serie but can't make it to race .

Sorry I abandoned the race gentlemen, however, having 3 races in a row ruined on the first lap by the same person is wearing quite thin,

Whilst the contact wasn't actually that bad, my reflexes caused me to jump the band in my wheel, which has caused the wheel itself to lose calibration leaving it sitting off center with odd FFB characteristics as a result,

Side note, I feel bad for Karsten mostly for me abandoning the event, he himself has structured this for all of us to enjoy and it seems 80% of the field has signed up and given him the royal salute, he said between races he feels ashamed for the poor turn out, which he should not,

My apologizes for race 2 @bajny @Skaankypuppy @Goruk

But i was already in a bad mood and tired from before, then i got an nexistant 5 seconds offthrottle penalty, lost position to bajny (great battle mate) then after 4-5 laps car started getting crazy and was undriveable. After pitting it was the same.

Talking about the serie i'll make up my mind along the week if call it quits.
 
Perhaps a lot of people lost the faith in this game with al these issue .
I don't know man , sometimes I'm one of them to sadly , let us wait and see what patch 3 will bring for the console PS4 .
If it than dosent work for 100% ( because they said it was 99.9% done they only had to a bit polish:rolleyes: )we can still do some hotlap:p

Really ? I feel bad too, the only day I couldn't make it is the day where nobody can make it... :indiff:
This series is awesome, I'm currently signed up in other series that are so poorly managed that I'm thinking about quitting. It's all the contrary here, I'm hanging on despite the bugs ! :D
 
Karsten, keep it going until the end. You run a series with no drama and it is a pity a few people could not make the races. It is still good fun and we all still want a race. If the odd bug spoils things, then that is life. We can get past that and wait for these bugs to be sorted, in the meantime let's have a series, bugs and all.

There are not many decent series out there, this is one of the well organised ones where you know where you are, it has just suffered a blip. It was just one bad week. See how it goes for the last two races and you can make a decision on what you want to do. It would be a pity to pull it this far though.

Now 24 hours of Spa .
57 cars are participating .
Only GT3 .
Saw also a Ferrari 458 and Lamborghini in Spa those one we don't have in Project Cars .
Lots of rain and much crasses happened already .
