I tried out the Merc and it felt a bit like steering a barge after the BMW. I don't know how Andreas makes it go so fast
Although it doesn't stick to the track I'll probably stick to the 2002.
I presume that Sakitto is a fantasy Suzuka substitute? Quite good.
Yes - Sakitto is a substitute for Suzuka which apparently is too expensive, but I actually much prefer Sakitto to the real thing. The short Sakitto layouts are particularly suited to old saloons and other lower powered cars.
The Merc does feel like a barge after the BMW - in fact if the Merc is a sword, the BMW is a scalpel!
We will be finishing our Race Series with some cars that aren't going too be in Project Cars 2. Then starting with Project Cars 2, come and join us for some great races.
@DesertPenguin09 would be most welcome to join us along with any other clean racers who may be lurking, reading this thread. I'm guessing that the time of the races might be a problem as Mr Penguin is based in the USA.
We will be swapping from PC1 to PC2 as swiftly and seamlessly as possible - consistent with a little bit of testing / bug checking - probably about a week after the new game is released. To keep things as seamless as possible we will swap from cars no longer in PC1 to their nearest equivalents in the new game.
Below Monday Transition series starts when the current Historic saloon series ends.
