Like they said, it's free. All you need is a Digital image editing program. Aside from that, you're good. all you have to do to attach is make sure it's small enough(102KB I think) (if it's a Jpeg, just set the quality lower than usual), Go to the box in the bottom of the "Post Reply" screen saying "Attach File:". In the next box over, there should be a text-box with a "Browse Button" next to it. Hit browse, and find the file on your comp. Once the proper location is displayed in the text box, hit "Submit Reply" (dark border). Then, watch and enjoy as your image gets loaded onto cyberspace.
