I've recently convinced myself to buy the PSVR 2 headset for the next level of immersive experience. After having done the Mazda Roadster endurance race in GT7's The Human Comedy, I couldn't help but want to experience it again, but in VR, what with its dynamic weather during the race.

Now, I'm still on my Thrustmaster T150, which has been my workhorse since GT Sport. I've always thought that I'll eventually move up to a direct drive wheel, just never got around to deciding when.

For about the same amount of money I can get a VR headset, or an entry level direct drive wheel. I know they don't exactly offer comparable benefits (next level immersion vs. next level control), so if you can only move up to one now, which one would you go for?

If you use trhe t150 regularly your next wheel(base) should be more than just "an entry level" dd wheelbase (in my opinion). But that would probably cost more than the psvr2, so I would think psvr2 first and later a decent/more powerful dd wheelbase that will last for a long time
