This guy tried to sue Nintendo because he claims they turned his likeness into a Pokemon.

My, my.... The insanity never ends does it. I wonder how many pizza guys are gonna sue Nintendo for their likeness to Mario? Surely there's more of a chance that a visual likeness can be found there then in this case. And being a Psychic, he should have seen that there was no way he would ever win his claim against Poke'mon, I mean, come on...

Wasn't that the guy who sued them for Kadabra about two years ago. I saw it in a magazine and i was laughing so hard. Now he's sueing them for Alakazam Ahhh. Good find there Tom
