If you live in the USA then you'll have to mod-chip your PS2 and import the game from Japan or somewhere.

You don't need to mod chip the PS2, you can use swap disc's also.

The one you want is the 2001 Tokyo Collection (best), for some reason the asin game won't play on NTSC/US machines even with the swap disc's
