On the Wardez thing, if I remember the F1 rules correctly, the inside white line marks the point at which track ends, so must have at least two wheels on the red and white stuff to be legal. On the other hand, I have seen other FIA series which have a much more lenient interpretation of those markings. They seem to interpret the rules the same way they interpret them in football (soccer to most of you) in that the wheels have to completely cross the white line before they're out.
